Comprador Bilíngue - Bilingual Buyer Language: fluency (English and Portuguese) Experience as a buyer in the oil and gas segment;
Working Hours: Commercial – Hybrid – Curitiba or Rio de Janeiro (Preferably Curitiba) CLT + Benefits Main activities: Support onsite demand for business operations;
Responsible for the performance of end-to-end regional procurement activity;
Drive process compliance and ensure no non-conformance to the key internal compliance audit;
Actively collaborate with other regional buyers to share and adopt best practices that will help on internal process improvement;
Organize and execute meetings with stakeholders/ customers;
Coach and contribute to develop the competency of the team members;
Manage email effectively;
Always have ready mind set to discuss with suppliers from different region to support urgent business requirement;
Co-ordinate with cross functions to resolve discrepancy (Sourcing, freight forwarder and logistics).

Requirements Good experience in buying process (P2P operations, PR/ PO processes);
Core knowledge of procurement operations in Oil and Gas/ Offshore Drilling industry;
Strong Communication and Negotiation skills;
Knowledge of local supply base and effective supply management;
Flexibility to support business requirement;
ERP knowledge (PeopleSoft, SAP or Ariba or Coupa);
