Manage relationship with suppliers in order to drive improvement in their performance in relation to KPIs such as sales, competitiveness, delivery performance, quality level;
- Elaborate and implement a sustainable sourcing strategy, mapping the manufacturing footprint of the region to identify potential sourcing opportunities;
- Develop a business-related intelligence database;
- Lead negotiations with suppliers, acting as a facilitator for resolutions and securing contractual coverage.
- Act as a focal point at the organization, participating on cross-functional teams, representing Product Sourcing among stakeholders;
- Track product cost breakdown and should-cost models, managing Direct Material costs on local product lines, following cost evolution and supporting different teams on various cost reduction activities;
- Provide critical feedback to management on opportunities for cost reduction and improvement of internal processes, promoting best practices and good governance in the area.
As part of the culture of continuous improvement, you will be involved in Lean Thinking projects and activities (EMS/CW).
