What We Need: We’re seeking a Bilingual Inside Sales Executive to identify and solicit new business This is a unique opportunity to engage with clients nationwide to discuss advertising opportunities across multiple platforms, including mobile, online, radio, events and more                                                                             What You'll Do:Be part of an award-winning, rapidly growing, collaborative sales organizationWork in a high-energy, fast-paced environment with diverse, experienced peers and leadersCreatively prospect and grow new accounts through a consultative sales approachConsistently manage a funnel of 50-100 accounts while maintaining service level requirements;
meet aggressive activity requirements of 50+ contacts per dayRespond to inbound leads in a timely and professional mannerProvide client consultative direction on the best use of their advertising funds given the campaign goals;
effectively identifying client needs, goals and KPIsCollaborate with peers in and outside your organizationMeet and exceed activity, sales and revenue targetsManage client expectations to ensure an outstanding experienceManage sales activities using industry leading CRM and sales intelligence technologyRetain new business accounts through timely follow up and renewal activity                                                                             What You'll Need:Maintain focus in a dynamic team environmentRadio or Digital media sales experience preferredProfessional demeanor, including outstanding phone etiquetteExperience in a customer care environmentExcellent written and verbal communication skills;

In addition to salary, this position is also eligible for commissions.
