Descrição da Vaga

Main responsibilities /Missions: Serve as the lead point of contact of a determined set of Key Accounts in Public and Private Sectors.

Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts main stakeholders and executive sponsors Have a systematic approach to identify and qualify potential new prospects Constant opportunities generation to build a healthy Pipeline/funnel Collaborate shoulder to shoulder with Distribution Channels to reach sales objectives.

Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solution proposals according to customer needs and objectives Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales goals.

Keep track of projects and Account development in ALE’s CRM.

Prepare account plans and periodical reports of the assigned set of Accounts/Territory.

Collaborate with Technical Sales and Channel Sales Teams to identify and grow opportunities within territory.

Manage challenging client requests and after sales support escalations as needed Requirements and skills : Previous working experience (max 8 years) as a Key Account Manager, Territory Account Manager, Sales Account Manager or relevant role selling IT and/or communications solutions to the Enterprise Market.

Good & solid local networking with customers in either Public Sector in Argentina.

A hunter profile and door opener are requested Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization Solid knowledge of Networking, Communications & Cloud solutions/products Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English.

BA/BS degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or any other relevant field Relationships: Internal: Engage and collaborate with the wider Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise Marketing, Channel Sales and Business Development teams.

External: End Customer as a top priority Work closely with Channel Partners/ Business Partners TSS & support teams Location: The perfect candidate must be located in the Northeast part of Brazil: Recife Salvador Fortaleza
