The team manages potential risks to the company's operations and reputation through risk assessments, internal fraud control, employee training as well as the implementation of information technology policy and cyber security tools.
About the Team:Responsible for leading and supporting the implementation of tools, dashboards, and indicators that enable consistent and effective guidance for the leaders of the Risk & Compliance team.
This involves identifying improvements in existing processes, recognizing potential risks to the institution, and implementing basic data science concepts.
Additionally, responsible for automating regulatory reports to be sent to regulators.
Job Description:Coordinate and lead complex data projects related to Risk & Compliance controls.
Define data architecture to enable efficient data visualization and organized dashboards.
Build ad-hoc analyses and provide support for data-driven decisions, considering various business scenarios and probabilities.
Support the development of automation tools that reduce repetitive activities, utilizing programming languages such as Python, as well as SQL and Excel.
Proactively identify and automate processes across Compliance teams.
Provide support for technical data analysts.
Coordinate projects related to Risk & Compliance.
Requirements:Degree Required in Engineering, Computer Science and related fields.
Also consider Business Administration, law, and related areas.
Advanced Excel level.
Knowledge of programming languages and data analytics tools.
Advanced knowledge in SQL.
Professional Working English.
