Job DescriptionWe are looking for someone who will:Leadand manage our Integrations Development team, providing technical guidance, support, and constant feedback;
Optimize our integration partnerships with different solutions and apps;
Create and implement efficient strategies for the integration of systems, guaranteeing interoperability and process speed;
Work across multiple product and business teamsto solve complex business problems in simple ways;
Monitor and ensure our standards on quality, system security, and performance across the product lifecycle;
Identify and proactively resolve any obstacle that may arise during the development or implementation of an integration;
Promote a collaborative and motivating work environmentto make the team thrive;
Provide process updates at regular intervals, identifying areas for improvement and opportunities for optimization;
QualificationsWhat will help you thrive?Experience with software development - a solid understanding of programminglanguages,relational databases, andframeworksrelevant to our operations (e.

js, PHP, and Python, to name a few);
Robust experienceleading technical teams - a skilled communicator, person of action, and problem solver;
Proficiency incloud services, especiallyAWS, along with practical knowledge of EC2, S3, Lambda, and API Gateway;
Experience withproject management, including planning, development, and control ofintegration projects;
Advanced English, both written and spoken;
Ability to work independently and in a team environment, showinginitiativeand a go-getter attitude;
