We are looking for aSenior Associate Billing Analyst in Brazilto work with our NORAM and Europe team, supporting our process and improve our data accuracy.
The primary responsibility of the Senior Associate Billing Operations Analyst is to support with analysing the accuracy of data related to our NORAM billing process.
The Senior Associate Billing Operations Analyst supports the optimization, implementation and reporting on all billing activities.
This is done by auditing data sets extracted from the billing system and review the information for accuracy.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:Contribute to the implementation billing operations to maximize effectiveness and accuracyAudit integrity and accuracy of data entered into the systemMonitor operation of the billing systemContribute to the design of solutions to billing issuesContribute to the improvement for the billing operations processes and procedures and implement approved recommendationsReconcile financial information, files and records to ensure the availability and accuracy of the informationPrepare financial and statistical reportsValidate billing transactions on the billing systemInvestigate and analyze any collection matters raised by managementSupply monthly billing packs for relevant managersProactively provide technical support to billing department and operate all billing systemsMonitor and correct data incongruences that could directly impact the quality and billing operations processesEnsure that system wide reconciliations and assurance checks are carried out accurately and timeouslyProactively support continuous process improvement projects related to billing controls, quality and efficiency, and automation opportunitiesKnowledge, Skills and Attributes:Knowledge in financial analysis, accounting principles and data managementProcess orientated with an understanding of both financial and operational controlsAbility to interpret complex processes, policies and financial and legal documentsSpecialist at gathering, analyzing and evaluating factsProactive in approach and meticulous attention to detailKnowledge of billing and financial conceptsAbility to utilize key systems and tools related to billing operationsUnderstanding and knowledge of datamining, management and analysis techniquesRequired Experience:Moderate level of demonstrated experience as a Billing Systems Analyst, Billing Operations Practitioner or SpecialistFluent EnglishCompleted graduation in correlated areasModerate level of demonstrated experience auditing processes, financial information and systemsModerate level of experience working with the MS Office Suite, including MS Excel and MS WordModerate level of hands on billing application knowledge and experience
