About the Role The Deal Strategy team support and enable frontline sales teams in an efficiently and effectively way.

Our team defends our service agreements, as well as elaborates complex pricing strategies, in order to guarantee that our contracts and commercial defenses are competitive, updated and well documented.

The Deal Strategy team is made up of people who are experts in cross-country legislation, pricing and growth aligned with financial sustainability.

In this role, you will: - Design solutions that are simple, elegant, and scalable;
- Guide business planning and digital strategy workshops;
- Deliver projects on time and within budget;
- Build trust with the clients to become a trusted advisor (eliminate/reduce escalation process);
- Participate and engage in corporate strategy on a global level, so English is a must-have! - Structure, draft, and negotiate a wide range of agreements.

- Participate in strategic meetings bringing real time data to base and generate decisions for Sales Executives and Leaders;
- Create and improve executive dashboards while propose new data capture flows and KPIs in order to bring autonomy to the local team in making quick and reliable decisions;
About the Team We are a global team working with multiple offices around the world that ensures VTEX remains growing its sales in an efficient and healthy way.

We aim to be ecommerce specialists and data-driven while understanding our ecommerce platform and the competitive landscape.

We act closely with the VTEX pricing and sales teams to secure strategic movements and train and create self-serving content for other areas of the Company.

Who you are - You have digital commerce experience;
- Have at least (2) years of experience with Consulting, Data Analytics, Strategy, Business Development, Business Intelligence, or other relevant fields.

- Proven ability to leverage analytics and quantitative methods to break down ambiguous problems and come up with recommendations;
- Growth mindset and excited to work on a variety of functional areas;
- Affinity with sales, marketing, finance and technology disciplines;
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets is welcome;
- Strong presentation skills and great interpersonal communication;
- You can manage multiple projects simultaneously;
- Understanding of industry trends, development principles, and project methodologies;
- You have already worked with different ecommerce platforms;
- You have a tech & math mindset, providing simple solutions to complex problems;
- Self-driven, be able to work with cross-functional teams.

- You have advanced Portuguese, English and Spanish knowledge.
