Job Description Details: 1-4 years of experience in IT, IT Security, Security, Technical helpdesk, Security Operations are preferredUniversity Degree.
MBA, CISSP, CISM, GCHI, CEH, CCNA, or GIAC are preferred.
Understanding of Web Access Firewalls (WAF) will be preferableStrong oral and written communication skills including the ability to interact directly with individuals that do not have an IT background.
Intermediate knowledge of endpoint and network security concepts and tools preferred.
Knowledge of ServiceNow.
Experience with event monitoring and security reporting.
Ability to exercise sound technical, interpersonal, and organizational judgment while evaluating and solving complex problems.

Job Requirements Details: Day-to-day activities involve:Manage the application and troubleshoot any issues5+years of experience in SNOWMandate experience with SIRCreate categories/sub-categories/fields when requestedUpdate our table for pre-prod and prod alerts for various alert typesAny other customizations or requests from analystsSimplify the table structure in ServiceNow SIR Our current table was not designed for such expansion.
We have 300+ fields created that has slowed down our application, and sub-tables would need to be created so that future updates can be managed efficientlyIntegrate SNOW with Crowdstrike (CS) via APICS SME will provide the key for integrationUpdates in SNOW will need to be reflected in CSImprove efficiency of ServiceNowSNOW has slowed down significantly in the past few months.
We would want additional eyes to find ways to improve its efficiencyReview various Business Rules/UI PoliciesOver time, many UI policies have been created.
We would want these to be reviewed and simplified.
