We're on the hunt for a candidate with marketing, sales and product experience who can lead, drive and support the execution of the growth strategy within our national Sales (Distribution) units and partner and support the sales leadership on the frontline of our business.

What you will do: - Responsible for the strategic growth levers – Sales & Marketing initiatives, Data, Product, Territory, Recruitment, Remuneration & Incentives, Dialer & CRM’s - Ensures alignment to the Distribution strategy - Manage operating costs, drive operational efficiencies while growing revenue & profits - Build and maintain relationships with all internal partners (Product, Legal, Finance) - Hold and maintain relationships with strategic business partners to ensure that they are able to meet business expectations on service delivery, and compliance with service level agreement - Plan and manage the talent and succession pipeline for the Franchise Operations team If you’re ready to embark on a journey to Unlimit Your Life;
