com/.   2.  JOB DESCIRPTION   We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced manager to lead our Brazilian team and manage the day-to-day operations of the subsidiary.

  Job title Facility manager - Biotek Agriculture Brazil Job location Dourados - Mato Grosso do Sul Contract type Permanent contract   3.  MISSIONS   Manage, implement and plan agricultural trials following Good Experimentation Practices (GEP), according to protocols/study plans, procedures.

  Analyze the research data and write the reports.

  Identify new commercial opportunities and establish relationships with organizations and local partners.

  4.  QUALIFICATIONS   Agricultural engineer or equivalent, with proven experience in field experimentation and related data management.

  ·        Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve goals and objectives.

  Excellent communication and inter-personal skills.

Good planning, work organization, and project management.

  ·        Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.

  Fluency in English or Spanish is required.

  ·        Willingness to travel as needed.
