Job description The Opportunity: Amaris Consulting is actively seeking a Senior Manager with a strong background in B2B sales within the consulting sector to join our São Paulo team.

This strategic role is for a leader who will not only continue to foster our growth in the region but also help shaping the future of our sales operations.

Your Role: Expanding our B2B sales department, setting strategic goals and driving business results.

Participate in the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals.

Developing and nurturing high-level relationships with key business clients, understanding their needs to deliver customized, impactful solutions.

Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with the company’s global strategy and objectives.

Analyzing market trends to identify new opportunities and staying ahead of industry developments.

Overseeing the recruitment and training of new sales talent, ensuring our team is equipped to meet the challenges of a competitive market, fostering a culture of success and continuous improvement.

Representing Amaris Consulting at high-level industry events, positioning the company as a leader in the consulting sector.

Play an active role in the recruitment process for consultants, ensuring the attraction and selection of top-tier talent to support business growth.

Candidate ProfileWho You Are: You are a strategic thinker with a proven track record in B2B sales within the consulting industry.

An experienced leader, capable of inspiring and guiding a team towards achieving excellence in sales performance.

Adept at building and maintaining relationships with clients, understanding their unique business needs and delivering value-added solutions.

Committed to fostering an inclusive and diverse work environment where every team member can thrive.

A lifelong learner, continuously seeking to update your knowledge and skills to stay at the forefront of the consulting sector.

Qualifications: At least 4 years of experience in B2B sales, specifically within the consulting sector, with a demonstrable history of surpassing sales targets.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and strategic planning abilities.

Strong leadership and decision making skills.

Experience with IT market is a plus.

Fluency in Portuguese and English;
mastery of additional languages is a plus.

A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field;
an MBA or equivalent is preferred.

Based in São Paulo Mastery of generative AI such as ChatGPT or Poe.

com is a plus for improving day-to-day productivity.
