- The Operations Engineer (OE) is responsible and accountable for managing and executing projects related to Cylinder Supply Chain Management (CSCM) workstreams.
- The Operations Engineer is responsible to carry out local projects that would ensure long-term benefits and support long-term business growth and strategies.
- The Operations Engineer is also responsible for managing day-to-day production systems operations.
- The Operations Engineer scope includes CSCM- PH Operations.
15th April, 2024 What is your role? - The Operations Engineer (OE) is responsible and accountable for managing and executing projects related to Cylinder Supply Chain Management (CSCM) workstreams.
- The Operations Engineer is responsible to carry out local projects that would ensure long-term benefits and support long-term business growth and strategies.
- The Operations Engineer is also responsible for managing day-to-day production systems operations.
- The Operations Engineer scope includes CSCM- PH Operations.
What will you do? - Gas Loss Management - Daily monitoring and reconciliation of Bulk deliveries and SAP encoding for Santa Rosa Site - Gas Loss Control & Reporting - Predict/PEAK DRI - Compilation & submission of monthly report to Predict/PEAK Country Coordinator for All CSCM PH Operations sites.
- Productivity control & Regional Reporting as needed.
- Local standard time establishment in coordination with Predict/Peak CSCM Country Coordinator.
- Special Gas (High Purity Products) Production Supervision.
- Manage Special Gases Production - Manage facility maintenance for special gases manifold.
- Provide Management Information for Plant Manager CSCM PH Operations - Maintain CSCM dashboard for CSCM PH Operations weekly.
- Provide Data Analysis from SAP - Provide Support for Productivity Projects - Plant Operations & Maintenance of assigned Site.
- On time execution & closure of SAP PM/CM - Ensure that critical spares are available but managed to a minimum.
- Ensure calibration validity of production equipment.
- Ensure production availability with minimal downtime.
- Implement relevant Linde Standards & Directives - Participate in or conduct the following activities.
- Daily Orders Recon - Site Safety Meetings - Site Safety Observations - Audit findings timely RCA and closure.
- Take 5 and Standdown - Emergency Response Drills - SHEQ Programs and Trainings What makes you great? - Degree in Engineering (preferably Mechanical, Electrical or Chemical, Industrial) - At least 3 years’ experience in Operations Management of Manpower-Intensive Manufacturing Process/Project Management.
- Knowledge in oil/gas operations and safety concepts - Excellent communication (speaking and writing) skills.
