About the Role - Manage the full-cycle recruitment for positions around the globe;
- Scale the hiring knowledge within the company by training employees and ensuring they perform high-quality interviews;
- Search for candidates and teach the Hiring Managers how to hunt;
- Search for improvements and opportunities regarding the Hiring Process;
- Guarantee an outstanding candidate and employee experience for Hiring Managers;
- Track recruitment data;
- Scale the recruitment process all around the world.
Who you are - Experience with full-cycle recruitment using interviewing techniques and assessment methods;
- Experience with hunting on LinkedIn and other sources;
- Fluent English.
