We are looking for Scrum Master Avenida Nações Unidas (Hybrid) who wants to learn and transform his career.

Experience with Agile Methodologies In this role you will: • Agile Methodologies (SCRUM) • Experience in team leadership and demand management.
• Knowledge of product management tools, such as JIRA, Jira', Confluence, among others.
• Ability to perform & interpret team performance metrics.
• Ability to plan & coordinate agile ceremonies, such as planning meetings, review & retrospective.
•Knowledge of risk management & problem mitigation.
•Conducting all Scrum ceremonies – SoS, DSUs, Retrospectives etc.
