What your new challenge will look likeAs Supply Chain Engineer you independently analyze, evaluate, and optimize processes, logistics and transportation concepts in global supply chain networks:Strategic planning of logistics and transportation networksAnalysis and evaluation of supply chain data, processes, and networksContinuous transportation and network optimization.
Development and implementation of transportation optimization initiativesSupport change management at the customerFunctional (sub-)project management.
Perform non-customer tasks through active participation in internal knowledge management (in-house trainings)Participate in the 4flow training & development program.
Why you belong at 4flowBachelor’s or master’s degree preferably in industrial engineering or (international) business studies (ideally with a major in Logistics/Supply Chain)At least 2 years of relevant work experience in network/ transportation planning and optimization in an international corporation in the automotive industry or with a 4PLExpertise in the field of Logistics/Supply Chain ManagementVery good communication skills in EnglishProficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, ideally Access)High level of competence in the areas of systematic-analytical skills, process thinking, conceptual skills, creative thinking, and problem-solving ability.
