Work Location/s: Distribution Center – Axis (San Joaquin, Pasig);
Distribution Center – Canlubang (Calamba, Laguna) The position includes administration and support roles for key distribution and logistics processes, and warehouse operations in any of the following areas: 1. Receiving (Inbound): Complete and accurate checking and receiving of actual stocks delivered by suppliers against purchase orders and invoices.
2. Store Replenishment: Daily replenishment of stocks in the stores based on projected purchase advice;
including monitoring of stocks status and near expiry reports with buyers 3. Delivery (Outbound): Efficient planning and coordination with truckers for the load and dispatch schedule of deliveries to stores and customers;
including monitoring the freight rate ratio 4. Warehouse: Effective monitoring of stocks and their condition in the warehouse;
including processing of damage report, stock transfer, return to vendor items, bad order miscellaneous withdrawal, etc.
