Job description At least 2 years of private label/contracted manufacturer service for industry (nutraceutical/ cosmeceutical) is necessary.

A Business Development Manager is a client facing role, serving as the powerful interface between TCI and its partner.

Your first two months will be focused on internalizing TCI’s capability in terms of science, turnkey offerings and production capabilities, which shall enable your ability to help our clients navigate through our resources.

A daily job routine of a business development manager would include client analysis, competitive analysis, concept discussion, concept modification, pipeline management, customer relationship management, purchase order management and business opportunity management.

You are expected to handle a maximum of 20-30 clients and maintain over 200 episodes of business activities per month.

Our clientele can be of those brands who sell through virtual or brick and mortar channels, of those who sell direct or the distribution channel itself.

We are looking for highly motivated candidates who are interested in B2B business development and have the ability to drive new business opportunities in nutraceutical / cosmeceutical industry, seek out new market and find new ways to creating values across North to South America.

Requirements Two years of private label/contracted manufacturer service for industry (nutraceutical) A Bachelor’s degree of biology related major is preferred for this position, as you will be working with industry professionals who expect to leverage TCI’s expertise.
