Yourmissions :Take ownership for defining andoperationalizing some of the company’s most important data products.
Workclosely with global business stakeholders, commercial, data analysts,engineers, data scientists and other cross functional teams to createintegrated roadmaps, prioritize development, define metrics and key results and deliver reusable, scalable,resilient and quality Data Products that power the company business.
Primary JobResponsibilities:●Be a cross functional leader charged with developing strategy for a critical product domain.
●Lead development of compelling product vision and strategy for data products and services that solve business pain points.
●Lead a team through the tactical execution of product and business strategy.
●Develop individual team members according to our core data competencies, enabling them to be autonomous in driving results.
●Champion the use of data and user research to prioritize roadmaps.
●Work closely with data engineering to manage the development cycle.
●Monitor the performance of our data products and services with KPIs.
●Collaborate with commercial stakeholders to provide transparency into data product roadmap and build consensus around data product strategy.
●Develop and lead a disciplined data product development process and drive product insights and roadmap prioritization.
●Effective support of external supplier management.
Yourprofile : ●Strong communication skills: able to conduct detailed, thorough analysis, synthesize findings and share those effectively across a variety of functions and cultures.
●Experience with complex data systems, cloud platforms, data platforms, Big Data, analytics, AI/ML.
●Experience analyzing data to identify key insights, gaps, and inconsistencies.
●Expertise in database querying and reporting tools (SQL + Power BI + DAX).
MicroStrategy will be considered as a plus.
●Effective programming language skills (Python, PySpark, SQL), also experience on use SQL/NOSQL databases.
– “R” considered a plus.
●Experience analyzing data to identify key insights, gaps, and inconsistencies.
●Strong understanding of the phases of data transformation (raw, refined, modeled), and how to work with engineering and analytics teams to move it from one state to the next.
●Proven ability to look at solutions unconventionally and explore opportunities and design innovative solutions.
●Ability to drive innovation across multiple areas and inspire the team to build for the future.
●BA/BS degree and with 3+ years of product manager experience.
●Desire to be a change agent transforming a world class animal health company.
●System Development Life Cycle and Agile Methodology familiarity.
●Advanced English is a must.
Any other languages will be considered a plus.
