Requisitos: • Master of Science in Mechanic Engineer (equivalent to Mechanic Engineer Degree in Brazil);
• Proven experience on durability activities (extensometer/accelerometers setup, data acquisition and analysis);
• Proficiency in conducting tests on commercial vehicles and interpreting test data to identify performance trends and areas for improvement;
• Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams;
• Availability to travel;
• Solid customer and end-user mindset.
Atividades: • Plan, coordinate, and execute durability tests on commercial vehicles in alignment with established protocols and procedures;
• Conduct comprehensive durability tests on commercial vehicles, overseeing vehicle instrumentation, test execution, data analysis, and reporting;
• Perform durability tests on proving grounds or public roads to assess vehicle performance and reliability;
• Acquire and analyze test data to evaluate the durability of vehicle components, systems, and the complete vehicle, identifying potential issues, and proposing effective solutions for improvement;
• Prepare detailed and informative test reports to document test results accurately and effectively;
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including design, engineering, and quality assurance, to develop and implement test plans and integrate feedback into vehicle development processes;
• Develop and maintain test procedures, documentation, and reports to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and industry best practices;
• Troubleshoot technical issues encountered during testing, working closely with relevant stakeholders to implement timely and effective corrective actions;
• Stay updated on emerging trends, technologies, and methodologies in automotive durability testing to drive continuous improvement and innovation within the organization.
• Understand customer needs through proactive discussions with Project Managers, Validation Feature Leaders, and Cross-Functional Engineering Teams.
