As Technical Services Engineer, your role is to support the regional growth of our business by providing hands-on and remote support to Pulp and Paper customers in the region, in close collaboration with the local P&P team as part of a global team of experts.
You will participate in developing and maintaining strong relationships to our customers as well as planning, running mill trials and identifying business opportunities.
Functionally you will report to the Global Technical Services Director while administratively you will report to the Regional Director SAM.
You will be responsible for:Providing remote and hands-on technical support to key accounts with initial focus on the Northeast region of BrazilParticipate in coordination, planning, execution, and follow up of mill trials including reporting and documentationWorking closely with local account managers and tech service managers to develop and maintain relationships with key decision makers in pulp and paper millsIdentifying customer needs, supporting the development of solutions as well as providing technical assessments of opportunitiesParticipate in identifying and assesing market potential and business opportunities in the region.
