Job descriptionBuild and manage the team that will be responsible for performing all finance related tasks, such as but not limited to payments, service invoices to the company or other entities controlled by the company's group, and banking related needs while ensuring that all finance tasks performed are fully compliant with all applicable law and company's policies and procedures;
Be responsible for performing all accounting related tasks, such as but not limited to preparing financial reports, legally required tax returns and other declarations, and internal and external audits while ensuring that all accounting and tax related tasks are performed in full compliance with all applicable law and company's policies and procedures;
Be responsible for performing all human resources and payroll related tasks, such as but not limited to preparing, reviewing and processing payrolls and other applicable payments and benefits, formally onboarding new employees, properly perform actions and payments related to terminating employees, and manage vacation and PTO periods for employees;
Lead the tasks related to the acquisition of supplies such as but not limited to computers and equipment provided by the company to employees for the performance of their work, managing and negotiating the office lease, and any other administrative tasks required to ensure that all tools and resources necessary for company's Brazilian subsidiary to perform its duties are properly available;
Report directly to company's CFO based in USA.
Requirement Profile - Knowledge, Skills & ExperiencesBachelor in Finance, Economy or related areas;
Fluent English;
Strong knowledge in Finance, Accounting, Administrative and Payroll;
Experience with people management and leadership.
