Job Title: Junior US Recruiter Overview: As a Junior US Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in the talent acquisition process, focusing on identifying and attracting top talent to meet the staffing needs of our organization.

Working closely with senior recruiters and hiring managers, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews for potential candidates.

This role offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in recruitment within the dynamic and fast-paced environment of the US job market.

Responsibilities: Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various sourcing methods such as job boards, social media, networking, and referrals to identify potential candidates.

Screening and Qualification: Review resumes and applications to assess candidate qualifications and fit for open positions.

Conduct initial phone screenings to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and interest in the role.

Interview Coordination: Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

Ensure all necessary arrangements are made and provide candidates with relevant information about the interview process.

Candidate Relationship Management: Maintain communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing updates on their application status and gathering feedback after interviews.

Database Management: Keep candidate databases and applicant tracking systems (ATS) updated with accurate and current information.

Ensure data integrity and confidentiality.

Collaboration: Work closely with senior recruiters, hiring managers, and other stakeholders to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.

Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor practices, and market conditions to identify potential recruitment opportunities and challenges.

Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations throughout the recruitment process.

Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance as needed, including drafting job descriptions, preparing offer letters, and coordinating background checks and pre-employment screenings.
