How to contribute to our vision - The SGRE SCADA is used for controlling, operating and monitoring wind energy power plants.

The professional will be: - Technical interface for support discussions pertaining to technical issues affecting the customers’ fleet.

- Responsible to enhance a feasible SCADA architecture design as part of the Technology Services team, in order to drive proposals elaboration and develop sales opportunities together with sales team.

- Work effectively and diligently with autonomy and ownership in front of internal and external customers, participating actively as technical interface for sales strategies.

- Be the technical focal point between Region and Global for all SCADA proposals.

- Be aware of SCADA systems characteristics Latin America region.

- Escalate engineering requests / issues from customers through the support process and drive issues to resolution.

- Provide transparency (with regular updates and reporting) on technical issues while ensuring global alignment and internal alignment (with Ops, sales and WM) on technical topics.

- Help with prioritization of customer cases / requests (when escalated to Global Team).

- Coordinate with presales team within customer service engineering and help facilitate or support customer discussions on aftermarket projects.

- Coordinate customer issues with other Technical Account Managers, sharing experience and solutions to prompted concerns.

- Share customer feedback to the Service Technology department for continuous improvement.

- Comply to resolution time for presales cases, according to KPI provided.

- Periodic checkup, track & coordinate with wind farm /Site operation /customer to find proactively new sales opportunities on SCADA & its sub-system.

- Assist sales team members, engineering & field personnel to find the best strategy for sales of SCADA & its sub-system.

- Follow troubleshooting of the wind farm networks, which involves new / ongoing sales opportunities.

- Prepare & maintain technical documentation related to SCADA proposals both for internal (SCADA team, Operation) and for external (customers) - Should be able/willing to handle customer calls / support directly.

- Travel to wind farms for scope clarification of SCADA proposals - Conduct Technology interfaces (regional or global) into customer needs on new proposals.

What you need to make a difference - Master’s or bachelor’s or associate degree in computer /Electrical /Electronics/ Communication related field of study mandatory - Must be familiar & worked minimum 3 years with any industrial standard SCADA systems (preferable in wind power industry) - Knowledge of Database systems – like SQL, - Experience in using Virtualization systems like Hyper V, VMware etc.

- Must be familiar & worked with industrial standards protocols – MODBUS, DNP, IEC, OPC - Experience with Routers (CISCO), firewalls (Palo Alto, CISCO ASA) and cybersecurity requirements - Windows Server knowledge - Basic knowledge about power systems and regulation standards - Travelling availability: 20% of working time.

- Working knowledge of instrumentation related to SCADA/Control systems.

- Programming languages – CITECT, Python - Wind farm / Energy SCADA experience - VMWare.
