DIMENSIONS The main objectives of the ICSS / Control system Engineer services are: Coordinate all the ICSS and topside control system activities, including a close follow-up of the topsides modifications contractor.

Ensure that the Control system activities are executed by the topsides contractor and its ICSS sub-contractor in compliance with the contract requirements, including scope, specifications, schedule and cost wise.

Support the integration between Subsea and topside control system.

Integrate HSE in all aspects of the work.

ACTIVITIES QHSE Through his behavior and the work, he will carry out, the services will ensure compliance of the ICSS/control system activities with Company QHSE policy, rules, guidelines, and specifications, and with subsidiary’s QHSE management system and the respect of the local regulation.

the services shall perform his/her activities in compliance with the HSE Management System, aligned with One Maestro Principles and oriented to safeguard the integrity of people, the environment and Company’s assets and reputation.

Contribute to QHSE permanent performance improvement and will have to participate actively to an ambitious HSE culture deployment.

Attend regular offshore visit during the integration work activities on the FPSO.

COMPANY project: Coordinate the ICSS and Topside control system discipline activities to ensure a safe and optimized design in line with contract specifications, cost and project schedule.

To take an active part in the review of the ICSS and control system discipline documents part of the topsides modification scope by providing relevant comments in due time, and pro-actively contribute to the resolution of potential issues.

To take an active part in all technical process reviews for the ICSS, E&I, metering (MPFM integration) matters and associated tests.

Ensure all along the project execution a good coordination with operations team, including an efficient communication and proper alignment on the technical solutions implemented, the associated timing and support to be provided.

To highlight any deviation to contract specifications and Company specifications and as well look for optimization and good enough design.

To participate to weekly, monthly and ad-hoc ICSS discipline meetings with topsides CONTRACTOR and sub-CONTRACTOR.

To technically review acceptance of topsides contractor technical queries and deviations for the ICSS discipline.

Optimize as required the Control system design in order to facilitate the offshore work and SIMOPS operation and duration.

coordinate the ICSS, control system and metering activities during the all the offshore phase and full shut down to ensure that activities are carried out safely in line with contract, cost and schedule, including commissioning and start-up.

To liaise with SURF and SPS packages as requested for all ICSS interfaces.

To assist Topsides Manager on specific transverse topics.

Review and comment Engineering documents related to ICSS, E&I, Control system, metering (MPFM integration).

Shall point the observed problems in the design out and propose alternative solutions.

Contribute to the definition of the Pre-commissioning and Commissioning strategy.

Participate when requested to gap analysis between CTRs design and Company Specifications Manage all the ICSS (topside and Subsea) and PLC systems related commissioning activities.

Attend ICSS and OCWR Factory Acceptance Tests Witness commissioning activities and report to Topsides Manager Ensure correct reporting of ICSS commissioning activities and follow-up of punch lists.

Assess and audit contractor procedure managing material repair in workshop are well implemented to secure reliable tracking system, follow-up and progress.

CONTEXT & ENVIRONMENT Resident in Brazil –Rio de Janeiro, COMPANY offices (incl regular offshore site visits to the FPSO and mobilization Offshore for the precomm comm execution).

Brown fields environment, with activities carried out in SIMOPS mode.

Rapidly increasing level of activity in a multi-cultural setting.

Ability to communicate in an international context with multi-disciplinary teams.

Ability to adapt and to manage efficiently several activities in parallel.

ACCOUNTABILITIES This service is foreseen for the entire project duration and will cover the following aspects: finalization of the Detail Engineering phase activities.

at the end of the Detail Engineering, supervision of the offshore activities for the ICSS discipline on board the FPSO.

Follow ICSS offshore precomm and comm Follow system FAT / EFAT (MCS/PSS/FCS/PCS/F&G) if the planning allows Check interface between topside and subsea control system, and follow interface testing offshore (point to point testing) Check all precomm comm procedure issued by CTR related to ICSS discipline Assistance to subsea commissioning and punch clearance The service is based in Rio de Janeiro (topsides contractors and company offices) with frequent missions on request: onshore and offshore.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE ICSS / control system engineer with solid ICSS background – 5 - 7 years’ experience as a minimum.

Experience in brown field project and familiar with field operation requirements.

Experience or advanced knowledge in subsea control system is a plus Good communication skills, organizational skills and positive attitude.

Good English level (minimum of level 3 on the Bright test) Previous experience in oil plant full field shutdown, construction/hookup and commissioning is required.

Good knowledge of Yokogawa system is required Good knowledge of Alen Bradley controllogix control system is a plus.
