We're looking for a seasoned Senior Lead Generation Specialist to join our growing team and spearhead our lead generation efforts.

You'll be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive lead generation strategies across multiple channels, with a focus on driving qualified leads to our sales team.

We are looking for someone who loves to make things happen.

This position is remote, but some traveling might be required.

Can only consider people living in Brazil.

Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement data-driven lead generation strategies across various channels, including social media, email marketing, content marketing, and cold calling.

Conduct thorough market research to identify ideal customer profiles and target audiences.

Identify target audiences and personas to tailor demand generation efforts effectively.

Prospect for and qualify new leads, nurturing them through the sales funnel.

Manage and maintain a clean and accurate CRM system, ensuring all lead data is up-to-date.

Analyze lead generation metrics and reports to identify areas for improvement and optimize campaigns.

Look for new potential client accounts and make the first contact with those accounts to create interest Schedule demos for qualified prospects Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to ensure a seamless lead-nurturing process.

Utilize marketing automation tools to nurture leads and guide them through the sales funnel.

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited institution 3+ years of corporate experience, outside of undergraduate graduation (Software sales is a plus) 2+ years of experience with a similar role.

Preferred: Prior inside sales B2B tech experience Preferred: Experience being held to metrics Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effective Strong problem-solving skills High energy and positive attitude, ability to take initiative Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment Technical aptitude with proficiency with web-based applications, such as G-suite, Slack, and others.
