Position Name What you’ll do:  Carry out layout for material processing and manufacturing operations.

 Assist with operation flow plans and specific procedures for material preparation.

 Assist in analyzing operator efficiency and comfort.

 Carry out tests and measurements at the various stages of production to determine control over variables.

 Assist with adjustments, corrections and solutions to production process/equipment problems.

 Provide feedback / recommendations to leadership as appropriate.

 Apply and maintain quality standards and protocols for the processing of partially or finished materials / product.

 Collaborate with engineering on manufacturing functions to ensure quality standards are maintained.

 Implement inspection methods and procedures.

 Assist in testing and evaluating the precision and accuracy of products and production equipment.

 Assist in the activities of designing or specifying equipment inspection and testing mechanisms.

 Assisting with quality checks and test guarantees.

 Assist in activities relating to cost analysis and process capability.

 Assist in implementing corrective actions to meet the needs of the standards so that the documentation complies with the requirements.

 Assisting in the implementation of new projects.

 Providing training for the area.

  What is required: Engineering Degree, PFMEA, DOE, PPAP, Fluency in English.
