YOUR FIELD OF ACTIVITYYou have the chance to become a Pioneer in one of the following six focus areas:Market Intelligence & Customer Insight: Support strategic business development via detailed data analysis, leverage big data to identify lucrative opportunities, and develop actionable marketing strategies in the dynamic industry landscapeSales: Strategically analyze customer requirements globally through consultative sales approaches, deploy advanced digital tools to enhance sales efficiency, and collaborate closely with teams for compelling presentations at industry eventsCorporate Venturing & Controlling: Support global innovation project management, oversee project and liquidity plans proactively, develop financial models for market analysis, guide teams with agile methodologies, and facilitate venture processesProcess Engineering: Lead global process engineering projects to excellence in delivery and performance, design reliable manufacturing processes, actively engage in digital and automation initiatives, and support plant and supply chain innovations for enhanced operational infrastructureProduct Development: Manage stage-gate processes from ideation to evaluation, support global R&D for product portfolio expansion, and facilitate venture-building to foster innovation within the dynamic ecosystemSoftware Development: Select and implement technologies and frameworks (.
