Como UX Designer, sua tarefa é criar e ajudar a dar vida ao conjunto completo de produtos que a Thomson Reuters tem a oferecer.

Um designer deve ser capaz de trazer atenção aos detalhes, habilidades de comunicação e paixão pelo design para a mesa, enquanto colabora com gerentes de produto e desenvolvedores em toda a nossa organização para construir produtos que encantem nossos clientes.

Sobre a VagaOs designers plenos devem pensar de forma crítica sobre os desafios enfrentados, compreender as demandas de nossos clientes e interpretar essas informações para construir produtos limpos, modernos e usáveis.

Simplicidade e elegância não significam facilidade, e o sucesso nessa função exigirá uma abordagem consistente para lidar com problemas desafiadores e aproveitar sua experiência e expertise em design para orientar nossas equipes através desses desafios e entregar um produto de classe mundial aos nossos clientes.

O UX Designer Pleno irá executar as tarefas descritas abaixo de forma independente, mas recebendo orientação de UX Designers de nível Sênior ocasionalmente.

Será responsável por atividades de nível complexo por possuir total domínio dos projetos e processos que está atribuído.

Principais atividades / disciplinasCriação e prototipagem (Design de Interfaces e Design de Interação) - Média complexidadePesquisa (UX Research) - Média complexidadeEscrita (UX Writing) - Média complexidadeTestes de usabilidade - Média complexidadeArquitetura de informações - Média complexidadeAtividades complementaresReceber, compreender e explorar os requisitos repassados em reuniões de projetos;
Prestar auxílio aos membros juniores na execução de atividades pertinentes ao setor;
Apresentar, esclarecer dúvidas e atualizar os protótipos criados juntamente aos times de produto, desenvolvimento e testes;
Participar ativamente das reuniões do setor de UX e das cerimônias da equipe o qual faz parte;
Conduzir pesquisas, testes de usabilidade, entrevistas e reuniões colaborativas com demais setores da empresa.

Sobre VocêEnsino Superior completo/profissional em Design, Tecnologia, Publicidade ou cursos correlatos;
Experiência com Figma.

Experiência com metodologias de design, como Design Thinking ou Lean UX;
Habilidade de colaboração multidisciplinar, trabalhando em equipe com designers, desenvolvedores e outras partes interessadas.
