To resolve assigned tickets in adherence to agreed SLA and ITIL delivery and quality standards - To clearly understand the client's security environment and respective products;
and, troubleshoot cybersecurity issues and related monitoring tools - To monitor client cybersecurty environment and analyse the identified real-time cybersecurity eventsoralerts through various tools.
- To analyse cybersecurity incidents and help the L2 team with RCAordata or logs collection - To maintain SOPs, runbooks and documents for effective knowledge management - To prepare dailyorweeklyormonthly security analyses and reports to highlight the project progressorchallenges and ensure quality and accuracy.
