We seek a talented and experienced Marketing Director to join our Latin America Regional Office and drive growth through strategic marketing initiatives.

This role requires availability for business travel and strong project management skills to collaborate effectively with subsidiaries.

Position Summary: As a Marketing Director, you will lead the development and execution of integrated marketing strategies across multiple channels, including product marketing, sales, digital marketing, and go-to-market product launches.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and subsidiaries to drive revenue growth, brand awareness, and customer engagement throughout the Latin American region.

Additionally, you will champion Samsung's core values and foster a positive company culture.

Responsibilities: Develop and ensure the subsidiary's execution of comprehensive marketing plans that align with Headquarters business objectives and drive revenue growth in the Latin American region.

Effectively manage projects and timelines to ensure successful delivery of marketing programs in partnership with subsidiaries.

Plan and execute successful go-to-market strategies for product launches in the Latin American region.

Develop Project Management (PMO) among Subsidiaries, establishing and maintaining marketing project management standards, processes, and best practices across the organization to ensure successful results.

Expertise in digital marketing, including experience with SEO, SEM, social media advertising, CRM, influencer marketing, and web analytics.

Travel to subsidiary locations throughout the Latin American region to collaborate on marketing initiatives and provide support as needed.

Leverage market research and competitive analysis to inform marketing strategy and stay ahead of industry trends.

Create and manage budgets for marketing campaigns and projects.

Foster a culture of innovation, creativity, and collaboration within the marketing organization.

Collaborate with product management, sales, and other stakeholders to develop effective messaging and positioning that resonates with target audiences in the Latin American region.

Lead and inspire a high-performing team of marketers, providing guidance and mentorship to maximize performance.

Ensure alignment with Samsung's corporate values and brand guidelines.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field 10+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on product marketing, sales, digital marketing, and go-to-market product launches.

Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies that drive revenue growth.

Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas to diverse audiences.

Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with cross-functional teams.

Demonstrated ability to think strategically and creatively while also being hands-on and detail-oriented.

Project management experience, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results on time and within budget.

Availability for frequent business travel within the Latin American region.

Knowledge of Agile project management methodologies is a plus.

Expertise in Sales, Trade marketing, retail marketing, and media buying is a plus.

Language Skills: English: Mandatory Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English is essential for successful job performance.

Candidates should possess strong grammar, punctuation, and spelling skills.

Ability to communicate effectively and professionally in English, both verbally and in writing, is crucial.

Spanish: A Plus Knowledge of Spanish language is an added advantage.

Candidates proficient in Spanish will have the opportunity to interact with Spanish-speaking clients/customers and contribute to multilingual projects.
