Supervisor de Qualidade Rotatória Viela Vp-3E, Brazil | Anápolis | Full-time Descrição da vaga Responsável pelo apoio e suporte ao departamento da Qualidade, supervisionando e orientando os colaboradores da equipe do setor, elaborando e revisando especificações técnicas, prestando atendimento ao cliente, elaborando e acompanhando os indicadores do setor, ministrando treinamentos e participando de auditorias internas e externas.
Atividades:Dar apoio e suporte ao Gerente da Qualidade.
Supervisionar e orientar os trabalhos inerentes aos setores da Garantia da Qualidade, verificando os níveis de qualidade, acompanhando, orientando e preparando sua equipe de trabalho.
Orientar os trabalhos de controle da qualidade nos processos produtivos, tanto em fase de fabricação como produto acabado.
Elaborar e revisar as especificações técnicas, afim de assegurar o padrão de qualidade por meio de indicadores e ferramentas apropriadas.
Elaborar e revisar procedimentos do setor.
Supervisionar e acompanhar ações corretivas e preventivas, participar e acompanhar auditorias externas e internas.
Responder à reclamações de clientes, bem como aprovar laudos técnicos.
Enviar documentação técnica ao cliente.
Analisar, liberar e dar disposição de Try-Out.
Elaborar e acompanhar os indicadores do setor.
Subsidiar o Gerente da Qualidade de informações relacionadas a resultados da área de atuação e elaborar planos de ação para atingimento de metas.
Dar suporte aos técnicos à outras áreas.
Auxiliar na identificação das necessidades de treinamentos.
Participar do processo de R&S.
Colaborar para condições seguras de trabalho.
Qualificações Desejável:Superior Completo CEP - Controle Estat.
