LOCATION: VARGINHA/MG – BRAZIL (HYBRID).
In this role, you will have the opportunity to: Support Talent Acquisition activities in NAM and LATAM scope, ensuring all recruiting and selection steps are done in compliance and according to internal rules and policies.
Your roles & Responsibilities: Conduct selection processes for interns from different departments.
Hold Kickoff Meetings with managers for proper alignment of the vacancy profile and recruitment strategy of the selection process.
Develop and monitor interview schedules with hiring managers and candidates.
Support the local Manager in Talent Acquisition routines and activities.
Conduct interviews with candidates, prepare behavioral opinions and feedback to hiring managers.
Carry out the finalization of the selection process and preparation of relevant documents.
Maintain constant contact with partner areas and related processes (Human Resources, Rewards, Labor Relations, Learning, etc.
) You will be part of: The Global Talent Acquisition Team of Versuni.
This team is responsible for all the strategy and actions to attract the best candidates/professionals according to Versuni’s business' demands.
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience: ENGLISH IN ADVANCED LEVEL – WRITTEN AND VERBAL (OR FLUENT) - will be tested.
Studying bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Economic Sciences or similar.
Course completion forecast for the second half of 2026. Native Portuguese.
Advanced/Fluent Spanish is a plus (much desirable).
Digitally savvy.
Desire to learn and delve into the area of Talent Acquisition.
Familiarity with Excel, Power Point, Outlook, and Microsoft Teams.
People oriented and results driven.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
A very strong internal customer focus and the ability to deal with a large variety of different vacancies.
Be a self-starter with the ability to learn quickly and work within a rapidly changing environment even as a remote (home office) and hybrid (on site) member of the team.
Be curious to learn about Talent Acquisition processes, and use this knowledge combined with critical thinking to solve problems.
