In a context of advanced growth and restructuring of areas, the B2B industry, recognized for excellence in its segment and characterized by innovative solutions, is looking for a new executive to head the controlling area.

Its actions must guarantee the company’s operational efficiency, with the aim of optimizing processes and driving sustainable growth.

As Controller, your main challenge will be to build a solid foundation of processes and policies, based on the definition of clear and efficient workflows for activities related to costing, budget structuring, pricing, margin analysis and management reports.

Main responsabilities: - Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the integrity and accuracy of financial and management information;
- Create and monitor budgets, forecasts and long-term financial plans, aligned with the company’s strategic objectives;
- Analyze and interpret financial data to provide actionable insights to senior leadership;
- Manage the financial reporting cycle, ensuring compliance with local accounting standards;
- Collaborate with other areas of the company to ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data;
- Implement cost control processes and procedures to ensure effectiveness and compliance with financial objectives;
- Implement appropriate costing systems to accurately assign costs to products, services or activities;
- Ensure adequate allocation of fixed and variable costs for decision-making and performance evaluation purposes;
- Collaborate with department leaders to develop a comprehensive annual budget aligned with the company’s strategic objectives;
- Identify opportunities for improvements in budgeting and cost control processes, implementing changes and adjustments to increase efficiency and effectiveness;
- Stay up to date on industry best practices and emerging trends in cost and budget management.

Requiriments: - Advanced knowledge of the English language is required;
- Availability to work in a hybrid format in Curitiba/PR;
- Professional background in industry or services.
