As the VP of Sales you will direct a major part of the organization's sales activities across LATAM region.

Reporting directly into our SVP Sales, you will be based in Brazil with travel of over 50% required to meet business needs.

The Opportunity You’ll use your record of accomplishment to lead a team to sell enterprise software solutions and drive incremental revenue through the management of all accounts within LATAM.

In this role you will effectively collaborate with other executives internally, as well as external parties like alliance and channel partners.

You will use your experience with sales management to inspire and coach the team to surpass their sales goals.

Helping expand sales within existing accounts and focusing on customer service while developing relationships with key decision-makers are cornerstones to your success.

You apply clear performance standards and handle problems decisively and objectively, while providing sound guidance and assistance to improve the systems and processes.

Your planning and management abilities always consider the needs of the businesses, as well as how the competition factors into that need.

Your Responsibilities - Develops and manages to a strategic and comprehensive business plan for the assigned region, segment, or vertical, to be delivered upon by subordinate, direct report sales leaders and their teams.

- Accountable for accurate forecasting and delivering on regular quarterly revenue targets - Spends significant time visiting existing customers and building new customer relationships, at the executive level within the accounts.

- Develops and maintains relationships with executive stakeholders within Informatica and develops Partner relationships within the assigned sales region.

- Provides input into the quota setting process for their subordinate sales leaders.

- Collaborates with other functions to resolve escalations/customer issues quickly.

- Responsible for nurturing career development, managing performance, and pay discussions within their organization.

- Holds self and team accountable for timely documentation within CRM / Marketing software of customer contact and activity data (e.

g.

names, titles, contact information, opportunity value, product information, sales stages, probability, business pain, firm-future commitments, etc.

) Skills - Uses expertise in collaborative leadership to set vision and direction for a significant division/segment of a business unit.

- Adept at strategic planning through complex situations and market environments to align the organization to corporate strategy and objectives.

- Regular interaction with fellow executivesinternally/externally,to include influencing in highly visible activities that may include representing the organization via media and government interactions.

- Uses long term business objectives and strategy to guide work and direct the work of others, where erroneous decisions will have a serious impact on the overall success of the company's operations.

- Motivates and mentors subordinates via exemplary leadership presence and demeanor.

- Uses succession planning and knowledge of future organizational talent needs to educate, evaluate, and develop subordinate leaders.

Your Qualifications - A minimum of 10+ years of successful enterprise software sales management history in a related space - Experience managing 1st line Sales Managers / Sales Directors - Experience leading a team with enterprise and tactical business - Personal experience closing multi-million dollar deals - Strong executive presence #J-18808-Ljbffr
