We are looking for a talented Product Specialist who will be working on the management of our Payments portfolio in different regions and countriesAs a Product Specialist for Payments Performance@Scale, you'll play a critical role in enhancing the performance and efficiency of our payments platform, driving the continuous evolution and optimization for top-tier performance and operational excellence.
Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you'll leverage your expertise to drive continuous improvement and optimization of our platform's performance metrics.
Besides conquering the world, your activities will be: Operational Expertise: Develop a deep understanding of the operational intricacies of our payments platform;
Product Support: Provide subject matter expertise to the product team, assisting in the development of features, new payment methods discoveries and enhancements that improve performance and operational efficiency;
Performance Analysis: Collaborate with analytics and data teams to analyze platform performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and recommend solutions to enhance performance;
Continuous Improvement: Work with business operations team to establish and maintain processes for ongoing performance monitoring and optimization, ensuring that performance goals are consistently met;
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with different teams in the company to facilitate communication and alignment on priorities related to payments performance.
Whats mandatory: Expertise in payments operations, fintech or a related industry;
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and draw actionable insights;
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams;
Proven track record of driving operational improvements and delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
What else would we like to see? Bachelors degree in Business, Technology, or a related field;
Ability to translate complex ideas into clear and intuitive product strategies;
Experience in iterative product development;
Multilingual abilities, especially in markets relevant to the company - Portuguese, English, Spanish and Chinese Madarin;
Familiarity with tools and systems such as anti-fraud solutions, smart routing, data visualization/monitoring tools such as DataDog, Kibana and Grafana;
