Job Description:SQA Senior Data Analyst (f/m/x)in Mars Global ServiceLocation: Warsaw/ BrazilHybrid working* Fully virtual recruitment experience *Supplier Quality Assurance (SQA) Senior Data Analyst drives insights to prevent non-conformances and quality incidents across the organization globally.
It detects trends and patterns in supplier quality related data, ensures user friendly visualization and storytelling.
Serves as key contact and SQA project lead for MVP development and further project implementation aiming at applying new data management and automation tools to SQA function with special focus on supplier risk portfolio optimization.
This is a global role and will require communication and solutioning with stakeholders across different time zones.
What will be your key responsibilities?Create repeatable, interpretable, dynamic and scalable models that are seamlessly incorporated into analytic data products.
Automate solution to scale while delivering in an agile manner.
Create data visualization tools on complex data sets and interpret mathematical models such as graphs, tables, metrics, and schematics to provide insights to SQA regional teams, Business partners, and stakeholders.
Lead development and improvement of project related KPIs.
Ensure user centric storytelling with data.
Identify correlations/patterns to unlock potential for quality improvements, risks, synergies, efficiency gains, cost savings etc.
Prepare recommendations and alternatives based on analysis to standardize or make processes more efficient and/or reduce costs.
Drive and apply predictive analytics to anticipate crisis, non-conformances etc.
Ensure data-based assessments of supplier risk portfolios.
Drive and apply analytical tools to optimize specifications and processes.
Set data analytics standards within the team.
Key partner for Risk Experts within the SQA and R&D community to deliver new risk tools and applications as well as ensure relevance and customer focus of delivered insights.
Accelerate adoption of tools, communicate benefits to end users and stakeholders’ groups.
Identify new opportunities for technology (tools/apps/insights).
What are we looking for?University degree (i.
e.
, Bachelor) in IT, Analytics, Mathematics, Engineering, Statistics, Bioinformatics, Finance, Computer science or related fields.
3 + years of professional experience in data analytics and 2 + years of experience in leading projects with a multi-functional team.
Expertise in Master Data Management or Data Architecture.
Experience working with big data platforms such as Hadoop ecosystem (Azure), including in-memory solutions (SAP HANA and Apache Spark) and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, D3, ggplot, etc.
).
Advanced analytical skills, including the ability to quickly synthesize, distil and draw conclusions on large amounts of disparate data.
Ability to work independently in global structures and cross-cultural interactions.
Strong communication and presentation skills with strong user centricity.
