Analista Contábil Sr Rotatória Viela Vp-3E, Brazil | Anápolis | Full-time Descrição da vaga Executar e controlar trabalhos contábeis, tais como: Elaborar os balancetes mensais, conciliações de contas patrimoniais (Ativo e Passivo) e contas bancárias, visando facilitar o envio de relatórios a Matriz e suporte nas decisões locais.
Suporte no atendimento de Auditorias Internas e Externas.
Suporte na elaboração do orçamento anual.
Implementar, acompanhar e orientar práticas contábeis (IFRS).
Suporte na realização de inventario físico anual de estoques e ativos fixos.
Executar as rotinas de fechamento contábil no sistema Datasul.
Melhoria nos controles de fechamento contábil mensal (Check Lists) como atividades de lançamentos, conciliações, provisões, relatórios gerenciais, etc.
Realizar conciliação contábil, Lançamentos contábeis com devidos suportes e aprovações, suporte na elaboração e análise de balanço e DRE, analise e conciliação da contabilização da folha de pagamento e encargos trabalhistas, analisar a contabilização dos processos trabalhistas em conjunto com a coordenação contábil, registro de operações financeiras, lançamentos de taxas, suporte e analise aos departamentos envolvidos nos processos de contabilização, análise de custos e serviços prestados.
Realizar o controle e arquivo de documentos em geral (físico e magnético).
Dar apoio aos departamentos de controladoria, Fiscal, Tributário, Financeiro e demais áreas envolvidas.
