Mission of the position: To manage and continuously improve maintenance activities in the plant;
The manage and execute the technical director program and industrial projects.
Main Responsibilities and Duties: To develop the strategy to reduce maintenance costs and breakdown with improvement in maintenance performance;
To build the annual CAPEX plan based on the technical needs;
To build the annual maintenance budget and monitor the execution as planned;
To manage and implement technical standard and best practices of maintenance utilities and facilities;
To adequate and implement projects to comply with EHS standards;
To manage the energy saving program in order to improve consumption ratio;
To identify key competences and develop maintenance team according to plant growth challenges.
Profile: Solid experience (>10 years) on managing maintenance, industrial projects, Automation and Facilities/Utilities teams in multinationals companies.
Cross cultural experience;
Experience in projects management, lean manufacturing, automatized HVAC system and ultra clean water;
Advanced English – autonomous to lead meetings, to present projects, to participate in global discussions, travels and others;
Project Management tools knowledge (timelines, risk analysis, KPIs, milestones);
Solid experience in technical management - equipment, utilities, facilities, industrial maintenance (Senior Engineer / Manager with about 10 years of experience);
Team-oriented person who can engage people, set up and maintain the team spirit and good cooperation with stakeholders;
Proactive approach;

Open-minded, proactive and autonomous person;
Agility & readiness to deal with a changing & dynamic work environment.
