SunRenu Solar, LLC is offering a commercial and residential solar business development position for immediate placement. This position would entail a multitude of duties and a well-rounded experience in sales, networking, sales management, document process flow, data entry, computer technology skills, and high level management reporting and communications. This position will include various types of tasks relating to sales and sales administration, organization, Company policy and assisting Ownership and other employees with various tasks within reason. Some Company leads will be provided and the Full Time Position includes 40 hours +/- per week. Commercial solar industry sales, finance, and/or experience with RFP responses area plus.
Essential Job Characteristics
Business development skills, specializing in solar PV systems
Target marketing; phone calls, emails, networking, events, and some Company marketing, social media
Complete deal management from initial contact, project pre-development, to signed contracts
Drive sales of LED Lighting, and various other energy efficiency projects
Use of Helioscope solar PV design software
Consistently use of Hubspot CRM including project pipeline stages
Perform Sales forecasting, prospecting channels, and managing analytics on efficiency
Planning and Organizational skills to manage multiple opportunities in a sales pipeline professionally and concurrently
Excel in our positive work environment individually and as a team player
On-going reporting to management on assigned sales and business development related tasks
Technology requirements; MS Office, Dropbox, Google Drive, and other company software with training
Provide open and consistent communication lines with Sales Manager and continual follow up and follow through
Researching and finding sales opportunities with minimal supervision
Tiered commission structure
Cash Customers, customer who get their own financing:
3% contract price for projects 20kW 99kW (average example contract amount ~ $125,000)
2.5% contract price for projects 100kW 249kW (average example contract amount ~ $340,000)
2% contract price for projects 250kW 999kW (average example contract amount ~ $800,000)
1.5% contract price for projects 1MW+ (average example contract amount ~ $2,000,000)
Third Party Financed Customers (financing procured by SunRenu or Affiliates):
2% contract price for projects 20kW 99kW
1.75% contract price for projects 100kW 249kW
1.5% contract price for projects 250kW 999kW
1% contract price for projects 1MW+
*Additional compensation may be available upon Management discretion. Residential solar sales commissions TBD.
Description of Work Environment
These essential job functions will be completed from the Company main office in Scottsdale, AZ. Company will provide Sales Consultant with phone line and internet access within our main office. Sales appointments can take place in or out of the office, Outlook company calendar, e-mail provided and is expected to be up to date daily. Superior communication and target market/pipeline to Company management and staff. The Company will train the Sales Consultant in this position and will provide ongoing support.
Target markets; Arizona and California.
Sales Consultant must dress in a business casual attire and engage coworkers, vendors, and clients in a professional manner at all times. The expectation is to be on time for work, use the company time tracking platform daily, and always communicate any issues concerning this in advance.
