The Position

Job Description

The office administratorwill be responsible for handling clerical tasks in our office.

Assists in Office duties - Prepares documents for signatures, mail -Open, sort, distribute. anything from, scanning, copying, updating folders, filing, and answering phones.
Managing filing systems, Take care of office equipment.
Helping organize and maintain office common areas, supply inventory - Maintains office and stocks with supplies for kitchen and supply room, kitchen beverages and snacks.
Prepares overnight packages for UPS, FedEx, and messenger services.
Reconcile FedEx/UPS Invoices
Updating business cards, directories, org chart
Work with tax and legal dept as needed for organization such as NDAs collect signatures needed and maintain files and records so they remain updated.
Flexibility and the ability to prioritize new tasks as they come in.
Greets all incoming guests, ensuring office protocols are met.
Problem-solving & Multitasking
Positive attitude, productive, reliable.

Experience Requirements

Experience as an office clerk/assistant or in related field
Warm personality with strong communication skills
Ability to work will under limited supervision.
