We are looking for an organized Data Entry Clerk to upload employee documentation into electronic employee files. The data entry clerk will upload a backlog of electronic employee documents to employee files. The data entry clerk will also assess whether paper employee documents need to be retained and uploaded based on document retention standards. The data clerk must be organized and possess a serious understanding of confidentiality and data protection. The ideal candidate will be skilled in computers and detail-oriented.
Responsibilities: ??? Working with an electronic content manager to upload content to employee files ??? Navigating subdivided Outlook mailboxes to access employee documents ??? Categorizing and filing confidential paperwork according to document retention standards ??? Scanning confidential documents ??? Reporting to project coordinator to verify task completion and accuracy ??? Additional data entry tasks as needed
Working hours: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
