Responsibilities - BDC Representative:
Handle all leads that come into our dealership; check email frequently and respond to inquiries immediately Set up appointments for Sales and Service departments Maintain quality relationships with our current customer base. Communicate effectively with Internet Customers according to their preferred method of communication, whether by phone, by email, or in person Have thorough knowledge of dealership services Deliver messages intended for other departments promptly Notify customers that their messages have been forwarded to the appropriate personnel for prompt attention Maintain an ongoing customer database to capture repeat business Other duties as assigned
Requirements - BDC Representative:
Must have excellent phone/communication skills Customer Service Experience required Call Center experience a huge plus Computer skills Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information Pleasant, energetic, conscientious, dependable, self-starter with ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment High school diploma or the equivalent Professional personal appearance Resume must be uploaded, and online assessment completed for immediate consideration. Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship and be a current resident. Applicants must pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, and drug screen.
