Job Description The Client Coordinator (CC) maintains a highly efficient, positive, and energetic office environment. Provides support for inspection personnel, while upholding our mission of service, education, and protection to clients through the highest standards of integrity, professionalism, and care.
The CC is an integral part of the daily operations for a busy, multi inspector home and commercial inspection company. The CC must have great attention to detail and strong communication skills to ensure the accuracy of order taking, scheduling, and preparation of inspections. The CCs main goal is to provide clients with a seamless customer service experience from the first phone call to inquire or schedule an inspection through the delivery of our service
Duties and Responsibilities:
Answer phones and respond to emails in a positive, friendly professional manner
Assist in the order taking, scheduling and preparation of inspections
Coordinate all information/documents needed for each day's scheduled inspections
Assist and maintain quality control processes
Pre and post inspection, provide support with inspection questions/needs to uphold our reputation for excellent customer service
Update and maintain inspection database for complete accuracy
Perform other tasks as assigned
Excellent communication skills: both written and verbal
Love working both on the computer and phone
Ability to multitask in a busy, small office while maintaining confidentiality & professionalism
Strong organizational and planning skills
Extremely detail oriented, hardworking
Must be results driven and willing to follow an accountability process for self and team
Flexible, reliable, and self-motivated
People person with a service attitude
Be a team player and cooperate with all co-workers
Excels in an incentive-based model
Computer proficient with Microsoft Office, Outlook, PowerPoint
Previous scheduling, call center, administrative, and/or customer service experience preferred
Education: High school diploma with some college or business training preferred
Full Time position including weekends
