The Call Center Representative is part of a large team that is responsible for answering incoming patient calls, as well as placing outbound calls and documenting what's necessary in the system. It is a Full-time position in a casual work environment with like-minded people, and your co-workers may be found around the U.S. in our other offices. Your schedule would be during regular hours (8:00AM to 5:00PM) Monday through Friday! The schedule may be flexible regarding start and end times, but we do not work weekends.

What you'll do:
Answer incoming calls and place outbound calls according to the team procedures and departmental standards.
Document each call in our system (you will be trained).
Administrative tasks involving handling mail items that come into the department.
Build positive relationships with the clients and people you speak with on the phone.
Support the departmental and Company goals.
Learn and be cross-trained to advance your position in the Company.
Other tasks as assigned.
What you'll bring:
Call Center experience
Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
Knowledge of Microsoft Office (specifically Word and Excel)
Proficient data entry skills
Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
General math aptitude including working with percentages
Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision
Skills important to have:
Ability to work with confidential information.
Reliable and punctual, maintaining a good attendance record.
Team player and supportive of others.
Highly motivated self-starter.
Organized and able to set priorities and meet deadlines.
