Job Description Our client, a successful financial services organization, is in search of twofront deskadministrative assistants. You will be working in a gorgeousnew office in North Scottsdale with beautiful mountain views, a fully stocked break room, and, once capacity is back to pre-Covid,you will be surrounded by other incredible professionals. This is an entry level role and we are looking for someone with a minimum of 1 year of admin/phones experience.
In this role you will be greeting visitors and other employees, helping to direct people, answering phones, taking messages, ensuring the break room is stocked, and backing up the Executive Assistants in the office. Shifts can start as early as 6am and end as late as 5pm. We are looking for two admins to backfill roles - one person was promoted and the other is moving out of state. We are searching for candidates who can start right away to train (in the next couple days). You will be starting in this role as a contract employee through TEEMA and ideally become a full-time employee of the client within a few months. If hired as a contractor and if you would like, you areeligible for benefits through TEEMA during your contract period.
Dress: You will be required to dress professionally on a daily office
Hours: Shift will be between 6am and 5pm (Monday through Friday, approx 40 hours per week)
Background check: If a position is offered and accepted, you will be required to complete a 7 year criminal background check
