Managing a team of 10 staff to ensure the daily running of the clinic and quality customer service is upheld. The role is varied, including marketing monitoring on social media as well supporting the Clinic director in helping identify best practice and full adherence to clinic standards and quality of service with the ultimate aim of generating and maximising revenue.
