Our client is looking for an In-house Recruiter to join their successful homecare buisness based in Chertsey, Surrey.
The successful applicant will take the lead in recruiting an outstanding and deeply caring team of care workers.
Your responsibility will be to promote the role within the community, setting and managing all recruitment campaigns. You will also, screen, interview and process all potential careworkers joining te business, which includes all compliance checks, in order to provide the highest quality service to their clients.
The ideal candidate must be a people person and enjoy networking or thinking outside the box in order to find the right candidates.
The hours are 40 a week which includes some evenings and weekends as necessary to find the right caliber of applicant.
Your key duties will be:
To manage all aspects of recruitment from creating campaigns, advertising the role and ultimately to hiring compassionate careworkers
Responsible for liaising and building community and agency relationships
Interview and assess all candidates
Perform all relevant checks - ID, references and DBS/PVG checks
Keep all adverts, job boards, marketing materials up to date
Maintain and update all recruitment databases and candidate files
Achieve targeted recruitment figures
To plan and maintain recruitment drives
