Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and Business Management, Marketing or similar
A minimum of 5 years of experience as Product Manager or comparable experience
Experience partnering with a variety of cross-functional teams
Ability to learn new technologies quickly
Effective communication skills and ability to work in a highly collaborative environment
Self-motivated, self-starter and results oriented
Thrive in a fast-paced environment
Flexible and adaptable
Innovative thinker, with strong analytical and problem solving
Fluency in English (mandatory)
Roles and Responsibilities:
Determines customers' needs by specifying the research needed to obtain market information
Reviewing product specifications and requirements and appraising new products ideas
Preparing product sales forecasts, reports and analyses to provides information for management teams
Enable the business development team with powerful sales materials – presentations, sell sheets, case studies
Analyze all the product requirements and product development programs and bring new products and ideas to the market
Be able to prepare return-on-investment analyses and establishing time schedules with engineering and manufacturing
Review production, sales costs, and custom orders
Maintains product management staff job results by planning, monitoring and appraising/following up the team results
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
Completes operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees
Ensuring the liaison between the Sales & Marketing Department
