ManpowerGroup are searching for a Help Desk Manager (M/F) to join to our team to be responsible for leading the technical support team to resolve all technical issues.
- Manage the help desk team and evaluate performance;
- Establish best practices through the entire technical support process;
- Follow up with customers to identify areas of improvement;
- Develop reports;
- Provide customer feedback to the internal teams.
- Proven work experience as a Help Desk Manager;
- Knowledge of remote control software;
- English is mandatory;
- French is a plus;
- Team management skills;
- Excellent written and communications skills;
